Nest English

Place a whole class in one lesson

Nest English gives every student a CEFR level estimate from an adaptive test that runs in their own browser. You get the results as they finish. There is nothing to install, and your students do not need accounts.

Open Quick Classroom →Create a class, share a code or QR, and watch results arrive. No sign-up needed to try it.

How a Quick Classroom works

What you can actually do with the result

The output is a placement estimate, and it is honest about being one. Every report carries a stated error margin, and each skill carries its own reliability marker so you can see which parts of the picture rest on enough evidence.

What it is not: a certified exam score. It is unproctored, and item difficulties are reasoned rather than empirically calibrated against a large sample. Use it for placement and planning, not for admission or certification.

Teacher workspace (Beta)

If you teach the same students over time, a teacher account adds persistent classes, assignments, submission tracking and per-class analytics. These features are built and connected; they are labelled Beta because they have not yet been piloted with real classes.

Privacy

The test itself runs on the student's device — questions, scoring and the report are all generated locally. A Quick Classroom stores only the display name and the result so you can see them. There is no analytics and no tracking on the test itself.
